Elite Recovery’s Extended Outpatient Program (EOP) provides ongoing support and structure for individuals who have completed more intensive levels of care, such as PHP or IOP, but still benefit from continued therapeutic services. EOP helps clients maintain momentum in recovery, reinforce healthy habits, and navigate real-world challenges with confidence and support.
Time Commitment: 4 hours per week (2 days a week, flexible scheduling)
What Is Extended Outpatient Programming (EOP)?
EOP is the next step in Elite Recovery’s continuum of care, offering structured yet flexible support for individuals transitioning from higher levels of treatment. While less intensive than PHP or IOP, EOP still includes weekly group therapy, individual sessions, and access to mental health and medical support.
This level of care is designed to help clients apply recovery tools in their daily lives while receiving continued guidance from licensed professionals. It is also appropriate for individuals re-engaging in care or looking to maintain long-term accountability.
Who Is EOP For?
EOP is appropriate for individuals who:
- Are male-identifying individuals who have recently completed IOP or PHP and are ready for a lower-intensity step-down
- Need continued support to manage relapse prevention, mental health, or life transitions
- Are balancing recovery with work, school, or family responsibilities
- Want to stay connected to a supportive clinical team and recovery community
- Are stabilizing in early recovery or maintaining long-term sobriety
