We are so excited you decided to join the Elite Recovery team!

The next step in the process is to complete required onboarding documents.

The links below will take you to secure webforms for each required document. Once you submit each form, a PDF will be generated with the required information and sent to leadership and human resources. Please complete them as soon as you’re able so we can submit the background study quickly and efficiently.

A note about NetStudy 2.0: Please be prepared to complete fingerprinting and identity verification as part of the NetStudy process. This may or may not be required and depends on how recently you’ve completed a netstudy.
