All IOP clients at Elite Recovery receive weekly Nutrition Education and Medical Education groups. These sessions are led by licensed professionals who bring deep experience in supporting individuals through recovery, chronic disease management, and health-related behavior change.
While in IOP, you have the option to meet one-on-one with members of our Health Promotions Team to receive personalized support tailored to your individual needs and goals.

- Hypertension (high blood pressure)

- Gender-specific needs, including menstrual health and pregnancy
Preparing for medical appointments, including:
- What to ask your doctor
- How to advocate for your needs
- Reviewing medications or lab results in advance
Disordered eating behaviors, including:
- Binging
- Purging
- Restricting
- Emotional eating
Nutrition planning and support for:
- Diabetes
- Heart disease
- High blood pressure
- Gastrointestinal conditions (IBS, GERD, Crohn’s, etc.)
- General wellness and weight stabilization
