Located in the Twin Cities of Minnesota, Elite Recovery is a premier provider of gender-specific outpatient treatment for adults experiencing substance use, mental health and co-occurring disorders. We specialize in meeting individuals exactly where they are, by offering exceptional care that is flexible, affirming, and clinically advanced.

We serve individuals navigating a wide range of substance use disorders and mental health diagnoses, including, but not limited to alcohol and drug dependency, trauma-related conditions, anxiety disorders, depression, and bipolar disorder. We also offer specialty programming for individuals who identify as LGBTQ+, and those seeking discreet, professional care.

At Elite Recovery, we recognize that outpatient treatment must be just as robust, responsive, and individualized as residential care. Our programs are designed to support those who are newly entering recovery, stepping down from higher levels of care, or re-engaging in treatment during a period of increased need.

Our care model includes
a full range of services

Treatment at Elite Recovery is facilitated by a multidisciplinary team of Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselors (LADCs), Mental Health Professionals (LPCCs, LMFTs, LICSWs), Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioners (PMHNPs), Registered Dietitian Nutritionists (RDNs), Certified Peer Recovery Specialists (CPRS), and Treatment Coordinators. Together, we create individualized treatment plans tailored to each person’s clinical, cultural, and personal needs.

Our programming includes individual therapy, group therapy, process groups, skills training, and educational groups led by experts in mental health, substance use, nutrition, and medication. Clients engage in evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), trauma-informed care, relapse prevention, and mindfulness.

We believe recovery is more than reducing symptoms, it’s about rebuilding lives. Our outpatient services are designed to strengthen daily living skills, restore relationships, enhance community connection, and promote comprehensive wellness. Whether accessing care in person or online, our clients receive comprehensive and coordinated treatment every step of the way.
