Elite Recovery’s Advantage Partial Hospitalization program is designed to meet the complex needs of individuals with co-occurring substance use, mental health and medical disorders. Our mission statement: To enrich and empower individuals seeking recovery from substance use disorders.
Elite Advantage is designed to assist persons in early sobriety to develop the knowledge, skills and attitudes for long-term recovery. Recovery includes shifting one’s attitude, learning new skills, developing healthy support systems and successfully addressing emotional and mental health challenges.
Treatment Services
Elite Recovery Advantage offers individual and group programming that allows clients the opportunity to learn about substance use, mental health, communication skills, relationships and physical health issues that may impact recovery. Education and counseling services are provided in group and individual sessions by licensed addiction counselors, mental health professionals and medical providers.
Individual Counseling/Treatment Planning
Each client meets with a Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor in the first five days following admission and at least one hour weekly or biweekly thereafter. A clinician completes a comprehensive assessment and develops an individual treatment plan in consultation with the client. Each week, the counselor and client review the treatment plan and revise goals, objectives, and interventions as needed.
Clients with applicable diagnoses may also meet with a psychiatric nurse practitioner or a member of the Health Promotions team to address specific needs identified in the treatment plan.
Group Service Types
Elite Advantage offers a variety of group service types. The group type refers to how the group is structured. This may include general discussion, educational presentations, manualized curriculum, check-in, and skill development. Group service types include group processing and counseling, check-in groups, psycho-education, skills groups, lecture/topic presentations, and curriculum/structured group.

Additional Services
Elite Advantage offers the following additional services to enhance the comprehensive wellness of our clients.
Peer Recovery Support Services – PRS is a form of non-clinical support where trained individuals who are more established in recovery come alongside people currently in the recovery journey and provide guidance in the treatment process, help in accessing resources, and offer an empathetic ear. In combination with other services in the continuum of care, PRS seeks to reduce harm from disordered use.
Treatment Coordination – This service focuses on connecting clients with needed community resources, collaborating with established stakeholders and community partners, and ensuring a smooth transition from treatment engagement to self-directed recovery and continuing care.
